Out in Theaters: ‘BAD TIMES AT THE EL ROYALE’

Long-winded and neither as smart, surprising, or sassy as it thinks, Bad Times at the El Royale is a stylish snow-globe of sixties subcultures clown-car piled into an overdrawn neo-noir.
